Although we have been talking about workplace wellbeing since foundation of our company in 2011, we have looked at it more intensively in the context of the recent crisis. The programme covers physical, emotional, mental, social and environmental wellbeing. The training provides theoretical insight into the specific aspects of wellbeing, mentioning major studies and recent findings, but the main part of the programme contains practice. For each of the topics we explain and together try to learn different methods and techniques, thereby enabling learners to find what is more suitable for them, or simply what they like and works for them. Thus, we encourage “doing”, not just “thinking”.
We offer organisations the option of selecting only those topics they are interested in.

Environmental wellbeing
The world premiere of our most recent workshop – Environmental wellbeing, has received very positive feedback from participants! Environmental wellbeing is the ability to be aware of the environment and its impact on humans, as well as - the protection of the environment from human destructive behaviour and the protection of humans from the environment they have created. Environmental wellbeing in a healthy workplace “feeds” all our senses not only through biophylic design in the working environment, or through specifically organised activities or campaigns, but also through “microconditions” encouraged or created by the employees themselves.

Why do others get better in keeping conversation, selling, building relationships, responding to situations, achieving higher results, etc., but I don't? To answer these and other issues that are attractive to you, - we offer to learn skills how to notice, recognize, be aware of your thoughts and beliefs. We will explore the situations we have chosen and see how by identifying and changing our thoughts and beliefs, we can make changes to our work performance.
The workshop and individual consultations are based on the revolutionary research method "Work" by the best-selling author Byron Katie. It is a simple but effective method for exploring our thoughts (which also affect our work performance).
