*Genos International was formed in 2002 and is leading EI assessment and development solutions provider. In cooperation with Swinburne University (Australia) conducts researches on the impact of EI on performance and productivity within organizations.
Genos Int. assessments help assess the importance and level of demonstration of emotionally intelligent behaviour by employees, managers, and sales professionals. The closer the demonstrated behaviours are to the expected level in each of the assessed competencies, the more effective the interpersonal relationships, as well as the higher the work performance and productivity.
Genos Int. EI competency model:
This model and approach is approved by Daniel Goleman’s Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organisations (CREIO). The effectiveness of all assessments and offerings have been verified by a wide range of peer-reviewed case studies.
